Cohort Timing & Onboarding
Sightlines is run live in small, carefully curated cohorts.
New cohorts begin approximately every 6–12 weeks, depending on fit and availability. This allows the room to stay focused, high-caliber, and operationally clean.
Once you register, you’ll receive a personal welcome from Allison, followed by clear onboarding details and next steps. Cohort scheduling is finalized with participant availability in mind, and sessions are set to respect the time and responsibilities of people already running real businesses.
This is not a rolling program.
It’s intentionally paced to protect the quality of the work and the integrity of the room.
